Afghan Diplomat protected by immunity after allegedly beating wife

NY Post: An Afghan diplomat is accused of beating his wife so badly that she ended up in a Queens emergency room — but he won’t be charged because he has diplomatic immunity, police sources told The Post on Sunday.

Mohammad Yama Aini allegedly assaulted wife Mezhgan Aini, 30, inside their Union Street home in Flushing at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, police sources said.

At some point, Aini then drove his wife to Flushing Hospital, where she eventually told workers he had pulled her hair, slapped her and punched her in the face, leaving her with swelling, pain and redness on her right eye, sources said.  MORE

  1. Back in the Day, Way Way Back to the 1980s and 90s …The Media Would have Condemned This Behavior as Mid-Evil and Obviously Anti-Woman a Plaugue on Our Nation that Must be our # 1 Focus !!!

  2. What is wrong with you people? Why can’t you be more tolerant? Wife-beating is a central part of Afghan culture.

Just as pedophilia, goat-fucking, murder, and exploding are.

  3. 🔽 There really is no such thing as diplomatic immunity 🔽

Diplomats are thrown out of countries ALL THE DAMN TIME!

He and his wife are clogging up OUR emergency rooms. Throw him out.

  4. Raze the entire UN compound and send them phuckers to either Eurabia or North Africa, they’ve phucked up both of those continents bad enough they ought to be made to live there.
