Alec Baldwin has settled with the family of a cinematographer killed last year on a movie set from a bullet fired from a gun Baldwin himself was holding.
The family of Halyna Hutchins, 42 years old at the time of her death on the set of the movie “Rust” last year, had filed suit in February of this year against Baldwin and other involved in the movie. The gun had reportedly been presented as a prop firearm before it discharged in Baldwin’s hands, killing Hutchins.
The terms of the settlement were not released to the public. MORE
if only the pistol had misfired and killed Baldwin, well we can dream can’t we?
…still using the same excuse he used to tell his kids:
It was an accident. It just went off on me!
Let’s hear it for the Two-Tier justice System
NEVER in the history of the world has a gun killed someone….FFS!

I’ll be honest with you. If I never hear his name again I’ll be happy. Kind of like Joe Biden. They both smell of moldy cheese and should share the same dumpster. Detestable is an inadequate word for those maggot infested vermin

What an awkward way to phrase it. The following sounds more coherent.
cinematographer killed last year on a movie set, after Baldwin shot her.
The bullet just mysteriously leaked out of the gun!
Well, that should shut them off. Now, how to pay off that criminal charge…
^^^up. Shut them up.
He may have settled with the family, but I’m sure the district attorney doesn’t give a damn about that.
Brown Eyed Girl – That could be a total crap-shoot considering liberal DAs today!
“Quickdraw” Baldwin broke all four cardinal rules for gun safety on that set. And while I certainly don’t think he intended to shoot and kill Hutchens, he is guilty of gross negligence at least, and should be charged accordingly! But of course, he’s a Baldwin, so….
The settlement will include a clause to stop the family from testifying.
