Former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang filed a lawsuit against New York after the Democratic presidential primary there was canceled by the state election commission.
The lawsuit against the New York State Board of Elections was filed in federal court on Monday by Yang and seven other New Yorkers who were set to serve as his delegates to the Democratic National Convention, Politico reported. read more
