Stanton-King was convicted in 2004 on charges related to a car theft ring and she spent more than two years in prison for the crime, according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
Blaze: A former reality show celebrity and author who was pardoned by President Donald Trump will face one of his loudest foes in Congress as she runs to replace Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.).
The president pardoned her in February.
“Today, (Stanton-King) is a national best-selling author, widely acclaimed television personality, and proponent of criminal justice reform,” read a statement from the White House.
“She works tirelessly to improve reentry outcomes for people returning to their communities upon release from prison, focusing on the critical role of families in the process. This pardon is supported by Alveda King,” the statement added.
Stanton-King is the goddaughter of Alveda King, the pro-life activist.
The best-selling author said that she respects Lewis’ record of fighting for Civil Rights, but she opposes the Democratic party’s pro-abortion policies. read more

…sin can be forgiven with repentance and the blood of Christ. That matter is between her and her Savior, and I doubt either of them have discussed it with you.

In any case, Ms. King is doing the Lord’s will in this, sinner or no. The Lord can use sinners to His puposes as well as saints.

Ms. King made a mistake and, as far as we know, repented.
John Lewis supports psychological torture of young, confused women, enables nationwide infanticide, and far from repenting, takes pride in it.
Seems like a pretty easy choice to me, however it may be with her soul.

…you are right to call out the SCOTUS authority in these matters, as they have none, in the eyes of the Lord.
…what earthly “authority” they claim, they will be reminded of when they stand before the Throne…at that point, before a REAL Judge, they may learn differently, and I don’t think He will be impressed by the billowing black dresses they once wore, the lively debates over the “rightness” of the Slaughter of the Innocents back in the comfy dorm room confines of Wattsamatta U’s law school, or entertain any arguments about “Emanations from the Penumbra”…

We can take comfort, though, in KNOWING that such a REAL Judge, will shower blessings, upon all those who supported them. Who defended them. With both word and blade. Who paid the way of those that “were only following orders”. The path of righteousness is a meek one. And profitable, to boot.
Surely Knothead Lewis, as he likes to remind us, marched with MLK fighting for civil rights, (and was brutally beaten about the head, hence the knots to prove it), will step aside to allow his oppressed sister a seat at the table.
That’s how the oppression olympics works right?

…don’t assume that unshakable faith in the Lord means that His people are sheep. That the Lord will judge there is do doubt; but His people will also defend the living souls He sends by a range of means, from the legislative as Ms. King is attempting, to the courts,to pulling the curtains back on what abortion REALLY is (cf. Project Veritas), to bringing souls to understand the Lord’s word and repent of their foul deeds, to ministering to the young women who are wrongly given this terrible choice, to pulpits across this sin-stained lands evangelizing on a message of Life, to other actions not appropriately discussed in an open forum.
No, the Lord’s people are not idle, they move in defense of His gifts every hour. Righteousness is indeed NOT the easiest or most TEMPORALLY profitable path, as it constrains the work that needs doing within a framework of what is acceptable to the Lord when SOME actions cry out for STREET justice.
But you can’t use the devils’ tools in his despite, they are cunningly made to always turn on the wielder. Hate consumes BOTH parties, not just the target of the hater.
No, it’s not easy, but the difficult path is the will of the Lord.
And I’d endure your misplaced, ill-informed opprobrium a thousand times before I’d wish to anger the Lord ONCE.

We are saints or sinners no in-between. Doesn’t mean if you aren’t saved you don’t do good things and it doesn’t mean if you have came to Jesus you don’t still have sin. But rather your position in or out of Christ. The thing most people don’t get is why a good person goes to hell and a terrible person can go to heaven. Because saints are under the blood of Jesus and under construction. Not so much for sinners.
