Has she forgotten that she is a member of Congress?
Why on earth would a member of Congress petition Congress to pass a bill repealing the Hyde Amendment?
Is she going to present the petition to herself?

Say, I’m starting a petition to get me to clean my house more often. I’m just sick, sick I tell you, of how infrequently I mop the floors and vacuum the carpet. And something must be done about it!! So please sign my petition to demand that I clean my house more often. And I will present this petition to myself so I know just how serious I am about it.

I often think she is playing the role of a ‘Gracie Allen,’ to distract from other things.
Today, in congress, there are actors testifying about reparations for slavery. Unexpert, totally unqualified actors, testifying before congress, not credentialed experts, crafting reparations legislation. And then she steps out and the msm starts typing.
Having a single digit IQ makes the role much easier to play.
