Appeals court blocks judge’s order for Musk, DOGE to turn over records

A federal appeals court halted a lower court’s order that had directed Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency to submit to legal discovery and turn over records about its operations, ruling Wednesday that the judge was too quick to allow it.

District Judge Tanya Chutkan had said the states were entitled to records they said would back up public reporting about what Mr. Musk and the DOGE are up to.

But a three-judge panel of the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia said Mr. Musk and the Trump administration should have been given a chance to argue for ending the case first. MORE

  1. It is amazing to watch how hard democrats and their criminal judges work to preserve the graft and corruption mechanisms they have set up. Not surprising I guess. But pathetic to watch the victims of the theft come to the aid of these criminals.

  2. So this LEFTIST Judge Chutkan just had her FAT ASS handed to her again. I hope DOGE is compiling a list on each of them so when the Appeals Court overturns their rulings, say a dozen times, it will be easy to get them removed from office due to their RADICALISM!!!

  3. I read online about how awful Trump is and how he is destroying the Constitution by not following judges’ orders. It never occurred to these people that it is the judges who are destroying the Constitution by trying to control the Executive Branch as it lawfully exercises it’s duties.
