Appeals Court Will Not Reinstate Biden’s Federal Employee Vaccine Mandate

Human Events: A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that it will not reinstate Biden’s federal employee COVID-19 vaccine mandate as it reviews a lower court’s order.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Texas said it is expediting its review of the case, per Just the News. 

The mandate applies to nearly 3.5 million federal workers, who were required to be fully vaccinated by the end of November.

As previously reported by Human Events News, a Texas federal judge in January blocked Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal workers, arguing that the order exceeds the president’s authority.

The case is about “whether the President can, with the stroke of a pen and without the input of Congress, require millions of federal employees to undergo a medical procedure as a condition of their employment,” Brown wrote. more here
