Yep!If you can’t count on the courts then you’re shi……..never mind.
These people walking in are costing states lots of money, with no finanical help from the Federal Government. And if the Feds send money, where does that money originate from – taxpayers pocket.

You can not count on the courts, first it will take probably about a year to get to a hearing only to find out “you do not have standing”. In the mean time thousands of illegals and criminals will be spread around the country. Kind of like opening a feather pillow in the wind then trying to pick up the loose feathers.
Like I said earlier, load them on a bus and send them to dc and this crap would stop.

Deny any and all State financial or social aid to anyone not actually a legitimate citizen of the State (which would require having legal status to start with) and prosecute all crimes committed by aliens to the maximum extent of the law.
That should slow things down a bit, and put the burden of supporting them on private charities which would fill their coffers by liberals donating to the illegal migrant cause and take the burden off of taxpayers.
I’m sure Soros et al. could be counted on to help with this.
