From the day this shooting happened, I’ve been beating the drums for a full on investigation.
Our current system gives the presumption of innocence but we need an explanation why an unarmed woman posed such a threat that she needed to be shot and killed.
If Derek Chauvin can be tried for second degree murder for kneeling on a guy, this is much worse, it demands scrutiny.
Because she was a Trump supporter and because she was white, she is undeserving of justice?
The SCOTUS will claim she has/had no standing, take a walk.

The same day this happened there was a video, graphic video, of her executioner running up to the barricade and shooting her in the neck. He was trying for a head shot obviously. That was murder. And you can’t find that video anywhere. I hope her legal team has a copy.

I hate to have to use someone else’s tragedy for political purposes, but this is vital to the survival of our country. This is the exact opposite situation those bastards cry about all the time. We have to jam this back in their commie faces as much as possible.

@Brad: I saw that video early on – in the first couple of days after the event. You can see the (*^%&*)())*^% move from behind cover AND CLOSER to Ashli, then take the shot. He needs to be put on trial. These kind of events are what make people want to eliminate the legal protections for LEOs.
SNS I don’t know for sure, but I think that capitol cop was white. You can see his skin when he held out the gun.

As everyone here can attest, there is so much speculation, conjecture, conspiracy theories and plain old made up bullshit on the internet that would not know the truth if it sat on it. Maybe the links implicating Bailey are accurate but until he is officially identified as the shooter, to me it’s all supposition.
The cover up and the lack of prosecution, that is the bigger scandal. Once they find a replacement for the police chief, him independently investigating this shooting should be job one.

That’s not the same video that I was referring to. The video I watched came out the day of and was gone the next. The video I watched showed the shooter coming from 30 yards or so away, roll up behind the guys that were already at the barricade and with out hesitation shoot her. Who ever filmed it was positioned to the right of your attached video.

Everything I have seen so far (dozens of web stories) show this scenario in the video I posted above. Some are from a slightly different angle. Every one has this guy hiding in a side room entrance holding the shaking gun, then stepping into the hallway and shooting. With so many videos it seems like a hollywood action movie shoot.
In every one, there is a bracelet on the guy’s right wrist – Just like the one on David Bailey.

One thing for certain. If the feds recovered the bullet, which I’m sure they did, they know who shot her. She was unarmed. It’s murder. Let’s see what they plan on doing about it.
