POWDERED WIG SOCIETY: An associate of John McCain has invoked his Fifth Amendment right not to testify before Congress on his participation in the distribution of the 35-page lie we now know as the Trump dossier, written by former British spy Christopher Steele and paid for by Hillary Clinton and the DNC.
David J. Kramer, who is a central player in how the unverified Trump dossier made its way to the FBI in late 2016, testified before the committee in December in a closed-door session, indicating he had information about the dossier’s sources, according to Fox News. A subpoena was issued for mid-January, as first reported by The Washington Examiner.

A couple of things. Congress can force him to appear before the committee and actually state to each questions asked that he claims his 5th amendment rights. They ought to do that because the questions themselves can be formed to give the freader/listener an idea of what happened. If they dont’ want to do that, make him appear, take the fifth on the first question then offer limited immunity from prosecution and demand his testimony else prison.
