breitbart.com: Legendary astronaut Alan Bean, — the fourth person to walk on the moon — has died at the age of 86 Saturday, a NASA statement says.
Bean, who passed away at Houston Methodist after battling a short illness, was a lunar module pilot on Apollo 12 in 1969, the second manned flight to land on the moon.
In 1973, Bean was spacecraft commander of the second manned mission to Skylab, the first U.S. space station.
The astronaut spent a total of 1,671 hours and 45 minutes in space. more here
We were supposed to be taking commercial tourist flights to the moon by now, according to the stuff they were dishing out back in the 50’s and 60’s. Probably could have, too, if we had had the guts to spend the money on Science instead of Welfare.
Rest in peace, brave pioneer.
Rest in peace.

David Fagg, opportunist and leftist agitator, died at the age of 18 when beaten to a pulp by a crowd of one while wielding a megaphone and speaking against the 2nd Amendment. Services will be held tomorrow for anyone that gives a shit about this loser, stick armed, piece of shit.
Where but for god go I.
God bless shipmate and may you walk among the stars again.
A Painter too

I knew the moon was contaminated. They are all dying off.
Those were some gutsy men. It’ll be a while before we see the likes of men like him again given the current crop of sissy’s we have now days.

Alan Bean, being an 8th cousin on my maternal grandmothers side of the family, RIP and we salute you. To bad the space program was eliminated.
12 men walked on the moon but they are difficult to name because Neil Armstrong did it first.
Apparently, walking on the moon is hazardous to your health. Why is there no label?
Those were the days! When NASA was an organization focused on the exploration of space. Now days it concern’s itself with kissing mooooslim ass.
