  1. I do love the way The Chosen illustrates stories in the Bible. So far, I have only seen a couple minor instances where modern ideals have penetrated the storyline, but they are easily overlooked. However, the longer a series goes, the more intentional those ideals are expressed, IMO. So we will see. I’ll keep watching.

  2. The Chosen is exceptionally well done, maybe the best I’ve watched in bringing biblical text to life while showing the everyday life of that time coupled to Jesus’ incarnation, his life and developing ministry, and the real ‘human factor’ his disciples struggled being regular people…something we can directly relate.

This episode was incredibly moving, despite knowing the story, the program (again) revealed an all-knowing yet compassionate Lord with an individual person focus. So many lessons and reminders.
