That’s the long way of saying that those who count the votes decide everything.
Why can’t they give voters a printed hard copy receipt that can later, or at anytime be verified as to how they voted??

Employers give “illegals” stolen identities. “Illegals” must pay taxes and social security under these identities, therefore they believe they are entitled to vote under the names of the stolen identities
