WFB: Dozens of journalists threw public tantrums this week, including at least four who quit their jobs after the Los Angeles Times and Washington Post declined to publish overwrought endorsements of Kamala Harris that would have changed the minds of precisely zero voters. They’re behaving like a bunch of woke nerds after their professor refused to give out an extra homework assignment before the end of term.
Three members of the Times editorial board resigned earlier this week when the paper’s owner, Patrick Soon-Shiong, chose not to publish their endorsement of Harris, a decision that “plunged [the] newspaper into an astonishing state of turmoil,” according to former CNN pundit and cat owner Oliver Darcy. Doing what comes naturally, the quitting journalists vented their anguish in obnoxiously self-righteous fashion. more
What…..am I supposed to feel sorry for them or something?
Their sniveling amuses me. Perhaps I’ll mail each of them a razor blade.
Well, Bye!

It’s obvious that Patrick Soon-Shiong is a threat to democracy fascist who admires Hitler.
Coming soon: More podcasts that nobody watches.
Four more for suicide watch if Trump wins. I would bet a bunch of therapists & psychologists are voting for Trump, since a Kamala loss will boost their Patient load & subsequent income. Liberal women hardest hit, of course.
To quote David Burge (Iowa Hawk), “Journalism is about covering important stories. With a pillow, until they stop moving.” Has been for quite a while…
Suicide is painless
Sent a pic to Claudia this morning that I don’t have a reference for for use here, but it said to not fly anywhere on the 6th to make sure there were enough airplane seats for all the celebrities promising to leave the country if Trump wins.
Then we discussed how a reporter might confront such celebrities if they don’t leave.
My last comment was: Doesn’t you not leaving make you a s**t talking liar then? Like, from now on shouldn’t always be referenced as that?

Journalists?
Kind of funny they’re still quitting their jobs after Joe Rogan showed them how it was suppose to be done.
Between Diddy and hitching their wagon to this Harris disaster they probably are better off just ending it. The rest of us would be.
These “journalists” (and I use that term lightly) make it to what are supposedly the premier newspapers in the country — and they quit because the owners refused to endorse their favored candidate for President?
For those who weren’t paying attention, that should give a clue as to the quality of their work. If it was matter of, say, not publishing Epstein’s list because it contained the names of friends of the owners, I could see quitting as a matter of principal. But because they did not want to endorse any Presidential candidate?
Obviously they weren’t journalists.
I worked for Patrick, around 20 years ago for 3+ years. He has always been an opportunist, so if he gets political it’s just because he sees it as opportunity.
I did hear that the reason for the nonendorsement is that his radical daughter is upset that KAM-a-la isn’t supporting Hamas. Now that would make sense.
Freak-out?
“Let’s Get the Doors and Jimi Hendrix on the stereo and let’s light up some joints. Someone brought some Acid. Groovy. In a few minutes we’ll all feel a lot better. It’ll soon be all so beautiful.”
Good luck at your new job at Starbucks, girls!
