If this holds up, then it would appear that 2 out of the 3 Dem 2020 front runners, Bernie Sanders and Beto O’Rourke, have a #MeToo problem. And the third, Joe Biden, is a walking #MeToo problem.
Had this happened to a Republican presidential contender, it would be front page news and there would be reporters huddled around the candidate demanding answers. But since it involves a Democrat 2020er, the revelation gets buried somewhere in paragraph six.

According to the article, the man accused of this #MeToo assault is an award winning community organizer who was Beto’s Political Outreach Director during his Senate campaign. DNA testing seems to support the woman’s version of the events, but since she was so inebriated during the libidinous encounter she won’t be believed by the jury of his peers. Beetoo will be just fine.

I have little doubt the woman was abused while drunk, but I also have little doubt that anyone is going to prosecute a Demonrat for doing what Demonrats do.
