A retired judge would probably be more conservative and look into the matter more carefully. Joe wants none of that!
Look into what was seized? Why? Talk about closing the barn door after the horse got out, the FBI has copied everything and has rooms full of agents going through O’Keefe’s personal & PRIVATE communications.
I was under the impression that search warrants had to be specific to the supposed crime. If the diary theft is the issue, then it should be specified on the warrant, and everything else is off-limits. Am I wrong? Is there a lawyer in the house?
