The former mayor of Boston Tom Menino did not excel at communication. Perhaps he had a fat tongue or other physical impairment that impeded his speech but he ended up being dubbed Mumbles Menino. Howie Carr had a recurring segment on his radio program called “What did the Mayor say?” and would play sound bites of Mumbles.
It would be a lot funnier if it weren’t so pathetic but maybe we need a game called “What did the usurper President say?”
As for the dull comment, I don’t think anybody understood what he was saying.
It took me about 6 months grow to hate the jug-eared messiah’s speech patterns. The condescending & lecturing tone that he always used. But, Biden is simply an embarrassment. He cannot put together a cogent sentence even with a teleprompter. I’m certain that Chairman Xi & Putin, along with the rest of our enemies are watching this unfold daily & are amazed at how easy it is going to be to finish us off.
