It’s all on Brandon, these “extraordinarily elevated” increases in the consumer price index, as Jen Psaki, his fork-tongued flack with the gasoline-colored hair, put it on Monday.
Tuesday’s headline: “Inflation surges 8.5% in March, hitting a new 40-year high.”

I have a weekly segment on my radio show, where I invite the listeners to call in with their latest observations on the unfolding Democrat economic catastrophe. Skyrocketing prices, empty store shelves — there are slight variations over time, but the overall themes pretty much remain the same.
This week, a Mercedes-Benz owner told me he got a minor recall notice on his vehicle. When he called the dealer, he was told there was no rush — all the necessary parts were stranded on a ship somewhere out on the ocean.

Joe Biden has had wet dreams for the past 70+ years that he would be the next FDR.
He can’t achieve that goal unless the country is desperate to the point of a depression. As the Democrat credo goes “NEVER LET A CRISIS GO TO WASTE”. If there is no depression, then manufacture one. Because Pedo Joe is here to save the day, just like FDR. The Democrats have approved this plan. It’s all they got and they are betting the farm on it, right down to dragging the UN into another European war. It will get messy, Americans will die but Democrats need a new legacy dammit.

My daughter is a customer service agent for Spectrum cell phone. The other day she told a woman in CA she would need to go to the store to get her phone dealt with. The woman broke down and cried because she said the store is 20 miles away and gas is so expensive she can’t afford to go.
