Newsmax: Joe Biden’s brother told executives in a pitch on behalf of possible investors to a Florida healthcare company last year that the former vice president’s now-defunct cancer project would promote their business, according to a published report Thursday.
James Biden pitched the Biden Cancer Initiative to officials at Integrate Oral Care during a telephone call last November, Michael Frey, CEO of Diverse Medical Management, a health-care firm suing James Biden, told Politico for its report.
James Biden’s business partners were seeking investors for Integrate, according to Frey and court documents.
Frey had a business relationship with James Biden and his associates — and he introduced the investors to Integrate, Politico reports.
According to Frey, James Biden told Integrate that he would get the Biden Cancer Initiative to promote the company’s oral rinse product, which is used by cancer patients. read more
