Only 2 SCOTUS mistakes? I can think of 3 more just in the last 15 years.
This guy mentioned the reluctance of the judges to hear any 2020 election cases, that is an understatement. His reasons for their acceptance of this case is because ,”The country is on fire”. That to me is the very reason why they won’t hear it. Re-litigating the last election is exactly what they don’t want.
I could be wrong but I just don’t see Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch talking either Kavanugh or Barrett into going along with this. Nothing they have done so far demonstrates even a whiff of independence or courage.
Again, where’s the beef? Still no details.
