Its not because hes bored, thats a sham. Its because NYC Board of Ethics shut down his illegal slush fund PAC “CONY”, the Coalition for One NY, which he used to funnel bribes through. So now he needs a federal PAC outside their reach to continue stealing money, taking bribes and money LAUNDERING. All at the same time his BLA/BPP/SNCC Stokie Carmichael looking wife stole 850 million dollars in a sham mental health program where not one penny can be accounted for.
