When the people who employ you despise you as much as they despise the people who buy the product you make layoffs aren’t important.
A great many people at the executive and executive minion level are proud to despise all we deplorables. They are trained to see themselves as intrinsically better than the rest of us.
A professional, a person in a responsible position, should not make his/her/its feelings toward customers or workers known if those are negative feelings. Throughout the service industries training is done to prevent the men/women/eunuchs doing the service showing negative feelings toward customers, a percentage of whom are unpleasant to extremely unpleasant to deal with.

My favorite part was Mulvaney turned against bud light because they didn’t support him. Hahahaha
They tried to reach a new market, alienated their base and didn’t reach the new market, now they are paying for it.
Sounds like Trump and Kushner with white men. They could appeal to Hispanics and blacks because whites didn’t have anywhere to go. Well the whites of Macomb county Michigan didn’t show up at all, they didn’t vote for Biden but they didn’t vote for Trump either, and a county Trump won in 2016, he lost in 2020. Maybe a candidate should try and explicitly appeal to their base… god could you imagine if a politician said, “ I like (fill in the blank) about whites.” I’d fall outta my chair in disbelief.
Bud Light isn’t that good of a beer, it’s success was from the millions spent on advertising. They killed the goose that laid the golden eggs.
