2020 presidential long shots Steve Bullock and Bill de Blasio held CNN town halls Sunday night, and the ratings proved underwhelming.
Neither candidate had an audience that eclipsed half-a-million people, according to Nielsen Media Research. Bullock’s audience had 429,000 viewers, while de Blasio’s was even smaller at 376,000 people.
Compared to competing programs, both CNN town halls lagged behind MSNBC and Fox News. Fox News Channel was able to more than double both town hall events for their programming, while MSNBC had audiences between the other networks. read more

All of those viewers were stuck in airports. Poor souls.
