CA Legislators, governor to get 4% raise

CALwatchdog: A state panel approved a four-percent increase in pay for legislators and statewide elected officers on Wednesday.

The average legislator’s salary will rise to $104,118 annually, although several have refused any increases. Gov. Jerry Brown’s salary will increase to $190,103 annually.

The other officers receiving increases are: lieutenant governor, attorney general, controller, treasurer, secretary of state, superintendent of public instruction, insurance commissioner and the members of the Board of Equalization.

  1. He can afford a 4% raise since soon he will require the peon serf-class,(us), to pay for an ammunition purchasing and background check license along with mandatory registration of all 80% AR-15 lower receivers.

    Of course, compliance with this anti-2nd Amendment bullshit will be negligible, but hey, the weather is great in CA – right?
