California state law stipulates that a sitting governor must face a recall special election if 12% of voters from the previous gubernatorial election, in this case 1.5 million California residents, sign a petition to recall the governor. We still lived in CA for the Gray Davis recall and subsequent election of The Governator; which proved to be more of the same – a gutless house of cards that crashed into submission. Be wary California.
No doubt he has a judge waiting in the wings to throw a damper on this. Just something we should expect as most of them are crooked.

I assume they will let illegals sign the petition? And I hope they are “signature harvesting” in all the nursing homes? I will be driving down from Oregon to sign the petition too (since it’s ok for voting, I should think they would have no problem with an out-of-stater signing).
