CA: Prosecutors drop case against Konnech CEO accused of storing election info in China

JTN: Prosecutors in California dropped charges this week against an election software CEO who was accused of improperly sending election-related information to China, with officials citing potential “bias” in the presentation of the case.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said concerns about both the “pace of the investigation” and “potential bias in the presentation” of the charges led them to drop their case against Eugene Yu, the CEO of election software company Konnech.

Information related to that decision was not immediately available on the L.A. County District Attorney’s office on Thursday morning, but the New York Times reported that the county “had assembled a new team to ‘determine whether any criminal activity occurred’.” MORE

  1. Surprise, Surprise, Surprise said I and the Wind cried back “Nothing to See here”

This is how THEY do it

Also, PS, beware Perinos K9 charities. Not one Vet will be helped with one penny out of every pound of pennies she helps shovel.

Every heard of New York Charity Events? Yea, Me Too. That is exactly what I hear.

  2. “Potential bias in presentation to the Court”

    What does that even mean?

“So guilty we can’t even bring it out in Court. Too prejudicial” ?

PS: Those TABULATORS still counting away. Good thing it was computerized for speed. Could it be faulty , ahem , chips?

  3. I think “potential bias” meant the prosecutor refused to take a dive for the DA. He/she didn’t realize you can’t cast aspersions on the “most ethical election in history!”
