Breitbart CA: A 57-year-old convicted killer from California — who is serving a life sentence for murder, kidnapping, and robbery — has become the first U.S. inmate to receive state-funded sex reassignment surgery.
According to the Associated Press, Shiloh Heavenly Quine underwent surgery to physically change her anatomy from male to female on Thursday. She has reportedly been living as a woman in a California men’s prison but will now be transferred to a women’s prison.
Quine’s case prompted the Golden State to become the first to set standards for future inmates to apply to receive taxpayer funds for sex-reassignment surgery. The AP also notes that it has resulted in a federal mandate that requires California to provide transgender female inmates who are housed in men’s facilities with more female-oriented items such as nightgowns, scarves, and necklaces.

And to think there are Veterans that are not getting adequate care. Here is a convicted kidnapper, murderer being indulged with elective surgery when the SOB should have gotten a seat in the electric chair.
Legal fees and very real threat of a Ninth Circuit order that the operations be available to almost any inmate who wants it,
would cost much more than the surgery. A whole lot more. This is the reason the state caved on this. As far as tax payer burden, the operation is cheap compared to the alternative.
What is “living like a woman” exactly? Clothing, jewelry, makeup, hair? News flash, but not all women fuss over this stuff. There used to be terms for a man who liked to dress up as his definition of a woman: “transvestite”, “cross dresser”, “female impersonator”. That’s what this guy is…a female impersonator, at tax payer expense, and none the better for his efforts.
California is such a fantasy land. Anyway, make sure he/she/it goes into genpop and let the prisoners take care of her. For awhile he/she/it will be a novelty and maybe the prison bitch of some monster dyke but then the novelty will wear off and they will be shanked. Then the family can sue the state for negligence in allowing something this dangerous and easily foreseen to happen. A California court will end up paying out lottsa dough to the family and the lawyers and maybe the voters will start to figure out it’s time for a change.

Last night on my way home, listening to the local talk show program, they interviewing another Hispanic Southern California FAG legislature who is sponsoring a Bill that would INCREASE the amount of illegals that are admitted to our Junior College and State Colleges. They are not increasing the total amount of spot available. So Tax Paying residence are funding this and mean while their kids can’t get in because there’s no room.
Judging from some of the weird creatures coming out of colleges nowadays the local kids may be better off.
