Pretty hard to screw up a procedure as simple as that. Hopefully the guy limited his practice to denutting, but color me skeptical. Can’t tell you how many neuterings I have been present at in which a licensed veterinarian was nowhere to be seen and all went off without a hitch.
This guy deserves citizen justice. The legal system is too good for him.

The owner of the dog should be charged too. No one is this stupid.
He obviously knew the difference between where he was taking his dog and a real veterinarian, because he brought the dog to one when it sickened.
This “vet” should be neutered the same way he did that poor dog.
But..what kind of idiot takes his dog to someone’s apartment for this? Also, the poor animal was 12 years old. The owner just figured out that this should be done? Gah, I hate stupid people.

My grampa, a farmer, used to neuter his own dogs and pigs and bull calves etc. Its not a complicated procedure. How bad does this guy have to be???
