Red State: Canada is moving into fast-forward mode and its new Prime Minister, Mark Carney, will call to hold a national election to decide who will lead the country by the end of April, according to a new report.
After I read the report days ago of the bounce that Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party received after he stepped down I had a feeling that the election would happen sooner rather than later try to take advantage of the liberal party’s surge and popularity.

C’mon, Canucks, just because the Lib Party finally shit-canned a horrid leader who continuously screwed up for years doesn’t mean that his replacement won’t be another horrid leader who will screw up for years before being shit-canned.
Like UK’s Brexit vote in 2016, party in power sees the shift coming and wants the vote sooner rather than later in hopes they can hold on and capture the next 5 years.
They have to have an election by the end of October regardless. Better, they think, that Poliviere have less time to campaign.
