…but it is absurd to say ANY population is thoroughly “disarmed” just because you took the most EFFICIENT weapons.
People are not that hard to kill, and many everyday objects can be turned to the task as “found” weapons.

LOL! Here’s what happened: Her JD required a culminating paper, or her LLM required a thesis, and this is the bulk of her 863-page “ruling”. She’s been keeping this on a thumb drive since she was in college, and probably reads it over and over with increasing satisfaction as to her activist “ruling”.
Further, it sounds like no one from the tribal peoples actually knew about this case, so she’s no doubt a white Karen who has taken it upon herself to advocate for people she feelz are oppressed. She’s probably originally from Quebec. They don’t give her name or say what her judicial background is.
I would endeavor to reach out to the judge and discuss the matter using terms that would be hard to refuse.
