Darn, I wanted Djokovic to win. Anybody that tells the authorities that I’m not taking the jab no matter what you say is a guy I’ll root for!
I like Djokovic.
I know why he went back to Australia and KICKED ASS, but if it was me, I would have skipped it for the rest of my life so a) they would not make money from me, B) slightly less viewership, C) an “*” next to who ever would have won.

Novak said it best after the match, “even Steven” because he’s fought off many a match or break point himself over the years. It was still a good one.
It’ll soon be a whole different tennis world with Fed already gone, Rafa near that with all his injuries and Novak finally retiring. What a great ride.
The game was wonderful, I just wish Djokovic had won. I still think the days of Bjorn Borg, Jimmy Conners and John McEnroe were the best and most entertaining. I miss them.
