I read the “Second City Cop” anonymous CPD blog regularly. The rank and file detest the chief — call him Special Ed. Monday should be interesting here. Teachers are approaching 2 weeks on strike, picketing every day all over the city, including downtown and POTUS DJT will be here Monday. “Special Ed” cancelled all prearranged absences / days off / vacation for Monday and now he makes an a$$hole statement about the president his troops support. Should be interesting
