Honestly I don’t understand any legal argument in favor of keeping it in place. It was put in place because of covid emergency – does anyone think the emergency status should be continued???
The invasion at the border is because of Biden policy, not because of this. If it increases it will primarily be simply because border agents are telling the invaders to just wait until the policy ends, but it won’t have any significant effect on the overall numbers of those making the trip north.
