John Ward: TMZSDNC anchor and “Hardball” host Chris Matthews shocked the world when he – apparently out of nowhere – “retired” on-air after 20 years of service, and peaced out with the majority of his one hour slot unfilled. While ultra-liberal and ultra-ultra incompetent MSNBC (home of Rachel Maddow) scrambled to fill the air time and explain themselves, and social media went wild with rumors of accusations by women, Matthews quietly disappeared – having accomplished the rare, Avenatti-esque feat of being hated by both the political left and right.
But, perhaps… all is not as it seems.
GQ “journalist” (lol) Laura Bassett, who penned the article that was credited with getting Matthews fired – because he was definitely fired, that part isn’t remotely disputed – may have been less concerned with predatory behavior than she was with doing the dirty work of Matthews’ greatest nemesis… none other than the Beef Demon xirself – Hillary Clinton.
After humiliating the Beef Demon on multiple occasions, then likewise shredding the clown that is Elizabeth Warren (also a Bassett favorite), the full might of the corrupt Left came down on Matthews with the deadly weight of a single feminist activist… and while plenty on the Right celebrated his bizarre exit from the stage, there are too many shades of the tactics against Kavanaugh – and even Trump himself – to ignore the possibility that a true voice of the Left was railroaded to clear the field for yet another bovine puppet.
