I thought this was an article from the Onion. I just have to chuckle and shake my head. BTW: I am a GA Southern fan/alum who has a daughter who is a third generation GA Bulldog alum.
Southern football goes deeper than the racist hopes of demented haters. It is a fact I will never again see the “Gator Chomp” at a football game between Florida and GA Southern as that happened once in the swamp and the Gators wen’t happy at the end of the day. The reason for not seeing it will not be some silly ban but the fact the Gators were thoroughly embarrassed when they paid the GSU Eagles to come to the swamp and beat them. Florida will never agree to play GSU again.
