Dan Bongino: A new book set to release October 29th has the Clintons very upset. Fox News reported that “Clinton family associate Sidney Blumenthal has made legal threats to the publisher of a forthcoming book featuring allegations against Democrats in connection with the Russia investigation in an attempt to stop publication.”
Blumenthal claims the book, “The Plot Against the President: The True Story of How Congressman Devin Nunes Uncovered the Biggest Political Scandal in U.S. History” by author Lee Smith, is defamatory. The book includes allegations “about the origin of the Russia probe and the involvement of Democratic operatives with the unverified anti-Trump dossier compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele.” read more

If it defames Felonia, Bubba, the demon spawn Chelsea, or obongo, then it must also have been done with actual malice to be successfully prosecuted as defamation. Also, truth is a complete defense to defamation, so I think Felonia et al. should wait for the book to be published, and then sue the ass off the author.
I also think that we should start a go fund me page for the author to allow him to keep defending himself long enough for the discovery phase to produce enough evidence for him to successfully move for and win summary judgment.
