DavidHarrisJr: In case you needed more proof that Democratic VP nominee Kamala Harris is also clueless, she is out campaigning promoting tax increases!
Earlier this week both Joe & Kamala tried to use canceling President Trump’s tax cuts as a winning position.
They have repeatedly mischaracterized the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA) as only helping the rich. They have also claimed they would not raise taxes, but their plan to eliminate the Tax Cuts would effectively raise taxes on the middle class.
As the running mate to former Vice President Jon Biden, many believe Kamala would be thrust into the presidency following Joe’s inability to finish a full term.
So when she speaks to her minuscule crowds of supporters of less than 20, we need to listen up. more
At least she is honest, to a certain extent.
Campaigning to make wallets thinner doesn’t strike me as being winning issues. And Harris-Biden are pushing several plans that will make wallets pretty thin.

Over the years, I have met and talked to “progressive” fellow citizens that maintained that poverty exists in this Country because WE don’t pay ENOUGH tax…….FFS! So, this rhetoric speaks to a larger audience than you might imagine.

Some 47% of the population “only” pays the hidden taxes and has no conception of how “the thing” works. They are sufficiently deluded that they consider filing a 1040 and getting a check from “the gov” means that they don’t pay taxes – in fact, they believe that “the gov” gave them some free shit. They never associate the rise in the price of – say Velveeta – as having anything to do with the policies of “the gov,” or the taxes laid on whoever makes Velveeta. The disconnect is complete. The lies of the totalitarians have permeated their senses for the bulk of their lives (K thru Grad School) and they don’t even have enough sense to be skeptical of Media-Maggots, politicians, con-men, shysters, miscreants, and snake-oil salesmen like Harris.
Looks like we’re in for some interesting times.

I’m sure the gimmie-dat’s are thrilled, thanks to the “Great Society” we have multiple generations who have known nothing but welfare their entire lives.

Taxes were cut and withholding tables also adjusted. Take home pay was up.
However, despite getting more actual money throughout the year (tax cut), the idiots said they didn’t get a tax cut because they didn’t get as much money refunded.
Meanwhile, Biden is running TV ads claiming he has been in favor of tax cuts before and will provide more cuts for the “middle class”. Of course, he also repeats the tired, non-specific mantra that the rich don’t pay their “fair share”.

What I’m against more than the tax raise is the increased tax COMPLICATIONS. There are too many “if this then that..” for a tax code we should seek to simplify, not complicate.
Here’s what I find most interesting from the tax foundation (without diving deeply into the numbers):
All kinds of additional complications for less money for all taxpayers and less money for the government, too. If that shit isn’t disturbing to you, you are unable to be disturbed. This tax plan kills wealth everywhere and for everyone.

Hey moron Democrats: When you tax the “wealthy” more, they produce less jobs and pass on these costs in the products and services they produce. Poor people get screwed the most and everyone pays for this tax increase in some manner.

Taxes, like other kinds of shit, always run downhill.
When they can’t be paid in money, they’re paid in kind.
Look at the ghettos in every major city on Earth – those are the taxes coming home to roost on those who think that they don’t “pay” taxes.
If they’re not paying in legal tender, they’re paying in blood, toil, tears, and sweat: “failed” schools, shitty roads, crime, poverty, rape, burglary, hopelessness, drugs, abortion, death, disease, abandonment by those who profess to have their interests at heart, and a cultural dead-end.
Why this isn’t stunningly apparent is a mystery. Are there people so absolutely bereft of sense that they swallow the lie that after 3 or 4 generations of the same problems and ills, there isn’t some plan, some reason?
Think it’s skin color? How bout height? No less absurd. Eye color? Number of hairs on your ass?
