The number of confirmed measles cases has risen to 981, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported Monday, a new high since last week’s 971 confirmed cases.
The number of cases, based on data from 26 states through May 31, is the most since the 2,200 in 1992. The virus was declared eliminated in 2000.
Florida, Arizona, Tennessee, and Maryland have suffered outbreaks, among other states.
Rockland County in New York and New York City have been hit hardest, reporting more than 800 cases since October. As of May 29, the outbreak has spread from Rockland County and Brooklyn to Manhattan and Staten Island. more
In other news it’s being reported that newly sworn congresswoman AOC has been the unwitting vector for a massive and spreading infestation of crab lice.
It is (illegal immigrants) absolutely baffling where (illegal immigrants) or how (illegal immigrants) these once mostly (illegal immigration) eradicated diseases are (illegal immigration) coming from.

Hmmm. I recall having German measles, Red measles, mumps and chicken pox. My four siblings did also. And so did most of the children in our community. As did all communities across the US at that time and in times before. These things are not threats. Government which seeks to control every aspect of life is the real threat.
And who do they (the left) blame for this?
People like me, or my mother, who hesitate to pump copious amounts of vaccination medication into babies and toddlers.
Look, if they weren’t so jam packed full of drugs and weren’t given so close together, I have no issue with vaccines… but no way am I giving that to a small child the way they have it packaged.
Besides, the real culprits are illegal immigrants from countries where they never eradicated the measle disease germ.
But you’ll never hear the left admit to it.
