Call me jaded but I don’t see anything coming from this. What Tom is going to hear from her is, “I don’t recall”, I have no recollection”, “I don’t remember” and whatever other non-answers she can come up with.

The media is framing this lawsuit as “Dude, that was, like, years ago.” Maybe so, but this case could have been decided years ago. Her stonewalling has led to her testimony occurring right when she’s trying to rig the Dem primary again.
Unlike the impotent Congressional hearings, in which the media portrayed her as a hero, and which she turned into a campaign commercial, this civil suit will be ignored by the media, because she can really be damaged.
