    After Cuomo I expected the New Yorkers would get a break.
    This woman is actually to the left of Cuomo on the crazy train.
    But, as always in a democracy, you get the government you deserve.

    Does she not know that NG troops have day jobs, there’s a reason they’re called “weekend warriors” and “medically trained” NG troops may already be working in hospitals? And this assumes that the NG troops she’s moving like pawns are all vaccinated. I guess gawd has a plan, though.

  18. I’ve been saying this for years, and now I’m starting to hear it more and more. YOU CANNOT BE A DEMOCRAT AND A CHRISTIAN! I’m sorry to those who don’t understand this, and there are some in my own church who are proud democrats and were extreme Trump haters. But there is no way the two can be aligned. Democrats stand for murdering babies, and even though there are hundreds of other incompatible issues, that one alone negates any thoughts that you can be both. When a democrat invokes G_d, it is only to try to win votes. They don’t know anything about the Bible or morality.

  27. Hey, if they’re aren’t enough medically qualified NG can’t she just deem them to be qualified? Or maybe she can conscript medically qualified Haitians and Afghans to run the hospitals. And as long as she’s giving herself these powers why not just go Full Ozzie and send the NG door to door to vaccinate the willing, and lock down the unwilling.

  30. When Cuomo was hanging on for dear life to his governorship, the NY Post would lambast him as “The Creep” on a daily basis….. unreal that Cuomo has been so quickly out-Creeped by his successor.

  31. She’s going to kill probably more people than Cuomo that will have nothing to do with Covid.

    When my husband was in the hospital he had a night nurse for two nights that was a traveling nurse. I talked to her about her experiences, she told me how sad it was these people dying on ventilators with no family. She said that’s why she quit going to the liberal states, it was just too cruel. She said although the more conservative states were making the same mistakes that were costing lives at least they were allowing one family member to be with them.
    She said it was hard knowing what they were doing was the wrong thing to do and knowing all could do was provide comfort because hospitals were quick to send you on your way when you spoke up.
    Then she told me she was supposed to be working on the Covid floor but they told her they didn’t have enough covid patients, so they needed her on this floor. Two days before I watched the stupid doctor working in this hospital on the local news saying they were overran with covid patients.
    The biggest irony was she was the “hospitalist” on this floor not the covid floor and she was as dumb as a rock. I recognized her as soon as she came in the room then she started wanting to talk above her pay grade so I told her she could leave and we’d wait to hear what the specialists had to say. She tried to get snippy with me and I told her I wasn’t the local news who would treat her like an expert and we still had rights so I was requesting she not come back in his room. Either there were two on the floor or the next day she was off, never had to see her again.

  36. It should be noted and circulated that Hochul’s daughter-in-law is a top lobbyist for the pharmaceutical firm Biogen. Hochul, DIL, and family members all have high big pharma investments to protect while attempting to influence state and federal lawmakers. The DIL, Christina Hochul, is director of federal policy at Biogen which explains her governor mother-in-law’s warped obsession to push/threaten a vaccine drug upon citizens who are may be unaware of her connections to big pharma and her and family’s financial gains.
