Nevada GOP Sends Criminal Referral to Justice Department About ‘Instances of Voter Fraud’

he Nevada Republican Party announced Thursday evening that its legal team has sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department regarding alleged voter fraud in the Silver State’s 2020 presidential election and predicted the number of instances of fraud will grow in the coming days.

“Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud,” the Nevada GOP’s official account wrote on Twitter. “We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.”

The announcement comes hours after the Trump campaign filing a federal lawsuit in Las Vegas in an effort to halt the counting of what it described was “illegal votes” in Nevada. The campaign alleges deceased individuals and nonresidents cast ballots in the state’s election.

Fox News reports: “The Trump campaign alleges there are “tens of thousands” of people who voted in Nevada who are no longer state residents. The campaign said it is not seeking to stop the vote but rather ensure that every “legal“ vote is counted and that no “illegal” votes are counted.” more here

    I admit, I’m still agitated over this possibility that a dumb ass and a communist are going to be our “leaders” if I’m wrong.

    Did Barr then give it to the FBI? I suppose he has to, after officially recording it, of course, right?

    And his people will be “right on it.”

    Good, then tomorrow morning, we should expect a public statement from Mr. Barr. And not more of this:

  26. Can’t forget the Attorney General Of The United States, Ghost. One way or another, he will factor into the legal case brought before the United States Supreme Court. The matter has to go there to be resolved. But it will be painful to wait it out and it’s going to try everyone’s patience a whole lot…

    In the meantime, other sh!t could hit the fan…

  32. @ghost of brig gen j glover (at 11:33 pm): So they snuck in and watermarked all the many different paper ballots (literally millions!) in all 50 states without anyone noticing? And what about the machines, like I voted on? And all the absentee ballots, too?

    But yeah, I know it’s all true. The Easter Bunny confirmed it.

  33. @Supernightshade (at 11:07 pm): You are one of the most respected commenters here (IMHO, anyway), but I think we both know that it’s highly unlikely that there will be a second civil war over this election theft. There will be a lot of sound and fury and litigation, of course, but in the end the people who get the dirty end of the stick (especially if they are the Conservatives) will sigh, hunker down, and try to get past the next four years with their wealth and freedom intact, just like they did when Obozo got re-elected. That’s what Americans do.

    However, that’s not to say that I wouldn’t consider joining an armed uprising if I thought it had half a chance of succeeding, but somebody else is gonna have to start it, because I’m too old, fat and decrepit to do that. Hey – if I did fight, though, maybe I could pick off a Commie or two before they got me. Or if nothing else, take a bullet that was intended for a younger Patriot fighter. Every little bit helps, you know.

  37. Even if Conservatives take the House and Senate it won’t matter if the Dirty Dems win this cheat. They won’t care what anyone says. They’ll act as the dictators they’ve always wanted to be.
    We’ll see a flurry of unconstitutional executive orders like no one ever dreamed of.
