5. @WTF over?? Stripe is a finance company for businesses. My daughter-in-law worked for them coding fof a couple of years until she couldn’t take it anymore. It started out great but she said the mismanagement made it somewhat of a nightmare.

11. On a positive note, I heard that Gannett is having another round of cutbacks and layoffs.

14. Winter is coming. Arcane knowledge can be very valuable one minute and completely unsalable the next. And we can’t even tell these folks to ‘learn to code’.
