GP: A new report said that many solar panels damaged in a hail storm last month will likely end up in landfills.
Although some panels at the Scottsbluff Community Solar project in Nebraska will be usable, many will be too badly damaged, according to Cowboy State Daily.
According to CBS, more than 90 percent of panels are dumped in landfills when they are damaged, defective or reach the end of their usefulness. As of 2030, CBS said the panels will take up about 3,000 football fields worth of landfill space. more
A landfill? Like San Francisco?
Go to any Wind Farm, those giant non-recyclable blades have a shelf life and need to be replaced periodically and they too are buried on-site and they are bigger than a railroad boxcar.
Sustainable Power, another BIG LIE!
I would like to say it’s surprising how many people still believe that solar, wind and lithium ion are the answer to “fossil” fuels – just as much as I’d like to say the general populous has a clue.
I wonder if America can recover from the state it’s in.
Probably not (initially anyway), as it won’t be allowed. I don’t plan on sitting back while that happens though.
Use them for art.
Reparations, collage debt forgiveness and climate change aren’t possible either BUT….The numb-minded dumb-fucks refuse to give up.
The virtue signals do not care or are ignorant of the environmental damage they cause. They disgust me.
I’ll laugh at the idiots and cry for the nations instead.

When you think about it, none of this should surprise anyone? I’ve seen this “movement” referred to as the climate change industry. What’s striking and revelatory to me is the term industry implies that the end result can be summed up with the word money.
Very little in this world is done purely for the greater good (another term that is tossed around with reckless abandon). If it were, cancer would be cured, war would be used as sparingly as possible, pictures of restaurant food would match reality, the chicken/egg debate would be resolved…you get the picture. We were foolish to allow this foolishness to be anything more than a pipe dream.
*should have been a period at the end of my first sentence. D’oh
The only thing Green about Green energy, is the money in the politicians pocket.
As congolese kids die in the mines.
^^^ “*should have been a period at the end of my first sentence.”
that will be the new grammar- sentences without periods
If you identify your paragraph as he/him, it doesn’t have any periods
I want to join the teachers union now
The question mark didn’t bother me at all. None of the sense is lost. It was to the point, and concise.
No periods, capitalization, or paragraphs, go read some William Faulkner.
bullshit.
anything can be recycled.
it’s the cost vs the benefit that makes or breaks it.
funny the new green energy is more polluting than the old energy.
the greenie have become such failures.
