Breitbart: Rep. Dave Brat (R-VA)—one of President Trump’s most loyal allies in Congress—exclusively told Breitbart News that abolishing the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency would have exposed Americans to “200 million lethal doses of fentanyl” just last year.
In an interview with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Saturday, Brat told Breitbart News Political Editor Matt Boyle that the Democrats’ plan to abolish ICE would allow drug cartels at the U.S.-Mexico border to readily smuggle millions in lethal doses of drugs into the country.
“They’re going after ICE. My opponent [Abigail Spanberger] is endorsed by Elizabeth Warren and she wants sanctuary cities … and they’re going after ICE,” Brat said.
“And who is ICE? That’s internal enforcement,” Brat continued. “Those are the guys who are protecting us from the 200 million lethal doses of fentanyl that have come across the border in just the last year. And then the heroin spike and the opioid piece is still not solved … all of that ties into human trafficking.”

200M lethal fentanyl doses? Why, our gutters should be clogged with the dead since that’s 2/3 of the country that would have died and you know they didn’t stop a fraction of it.
It might just be a better idea to let doctors prescribe all the painkillers they want rather than creating a pill cartel that also traffics in humans.
If they die, they die but at least it didn’t create a murderous, international gang with fingers in every other illegal activity while also punishing people with very real debilitating illnesses that require pain management.
