The D.C. police are investigating a possible assault against Education Secretary Betsy DeVos when she was blocked from entering a local middle school Friday morning.
The police department tweeted one man had been arrested for assaulting a police officer at the protest at Jefferson Middle School Academy.
“Report that @BetsyDeVos was assaulted is under investigation,” the account tweeted.
DeVos first tried to enter the building when protesters physically blocked the stairwell. DeVos and her staff turned away and were followed by a chanting protester who ripped her for her political donations to Republicans.
Once again, democrats not letting people into a public school because of the prejudices they hold against them.
This has Alinsky written all over it. They pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. Substance and truth have nothing whatsoever to do with it! It never enters the picture and most of these Leftoid Lemmings have no clue what they are protesting against! They just want to be part of the “cool” group.
Standing at the schoolhouse door to prevent the wrong people from getting in. Democrats then, Democrats now.
Nahhh, it was just a little scuffle. Not even what you’d call a dustup. Just some guys milling around. I swear, officer.

Elsewhere a poster commented that impeding a Federal employee is a felony. Assault is small potatoes,

Oh please, it’s the DC police. They won’t find any wrongdoing against Ms. DeVos.
