A transgender police officer in Washington, D.C., who has repeatedly been praised as a community role model has also quietly been reprimanded for improper sexually-tinged antics with underage police interns.
In a story published Thursday night, NBC4 News profiled Jessica Hawkins as a police officer who “helps build trust in [the] D.C. community” due to his work on an LGBT outreach unit. Hawkins, who previously went by Billy, is biologically male but identifies as a woman, and publicly transitioned two years ago.
[…] “Sgt. Hawkins showed the interns a ‘homemade video of her having sex with 4 men while she was intoxicated,’” Fox’s report says. Another complain filed against Hawkins accused him of taking under-21 interns to an Arlington gay bar, where she helped them buy alcohol and laughed at one intern’s possession of a fake ID.
If that had been a male (both genetic and self-identified) cop he would have been publically fired and likely charged with criminal offenses. Unbelievable.

This fits right in with the media and law enforcement suppressing the sexual orientation of perpetrators of crimes, even when it might help in their capture and prosecution. We had a transexual commit a number of heinous crimes here locally, and LE and media never released that little detail.

Back around 1983 or so I was working midnights when one of the cops walked into roll call wearing make up, a uniform skirt and blouse and asking that everyone call him Pauline from now on. You could have knocked us over with a feather. Then one of the wags started a bet on who in the squad was going to f**k him first and we all got back down to business. Now this was a guy (he was a black dude) who used to brag about his sexual prowess with women. He transferred to the Sheriffs, we thought this was because we just couldn’t accept him/her/it. He didn’t do much better over there. He later left law enforcement and committed suicide.
