CFL:
Federal prosecutors are pressing forward with additional charges against hundreds of anti-Trump protesters arrested for rioting during President Trump’s inauguration, but many of the defendants are complaining, whining and vowing not to cooperate with the government.
Those defendants are now committed to a “Points of Unity” statement, pledging not to cooperate, as if their actions of rioting were innocent.
Until some of these criminals are convicted and face serious jail time I wouldn’t expect them to cooperate. It’s time to start getting some convictions and lock them up.
No plea deals !
Prosecute to the letter of our existing felony law.
No more releases so they can riot in the next city.
Good. Then let the courts commit them to a maximum sentence for rioting.
one jury i will gladly serve on. But that would disqualify me
Wish they would vow to stop eating and breathing.
Fine, as Joe6Pack says they’re facing serious jail time and unless the prosecuter offered a tremendous deal it wouldn’t pay to cooperate at this point. Where it gets interesting is when the prosecution lays out the case. If they have them dead to rights then it’s time to deal if the prosecuter decides it’s in the best interest of the government. If they want to put a stop to this crap then no deals, jail time and a permanent criminal record. See how the Blackshirts like that, no more international travel, do decent job, buggered credit rating, all kinds of stuff happens when you get a criminal conviction for a violent crime.
“We’re not responsible for our actions so stop forcing us to be!”
They should receive exactly the same level of mercy that they showed, none!
Their “cooperation” is not required to punish them.
Somehow they think it is.
How cute.
After one conviction sentence to 20 years, give them a few hours to cooperate before deciding how much is suspended. If they don’t, try again after 6 months in prison.
Who says I don’t have a soft heart?
From mom’s basement to Leavenworth. But without the pizza.
Is there a special jail for snowflakes?
Here’s how it works, kids: The only “Points of Unity” you have are called Handcuffs and Wrists, and Shackles and ankles.
anarchist’s that riot should be shot on sight. are they going to pay for all the damage they did? no-the business owners will.
Delay all trials except one: The Example.
Make it someone with a middle of the road set of offenses. Not the worst, but not the least either.
Then proceed to nail that person’s ass to the floor.
Give them a LENGTHY sentence, no suspension, any parole delayed to after 75% of the sentence is served.
Then let the truth of the matter sink in for a few months and ask if they want to cooperate
“Is there a special jail for snowflakes?”
Yes, a correctional facility built out of snow … but due to budget cuts….they had to mix in other Prisoners.
It’s now called the Jigloo
Put their asses on ice in the stir. No cooperation required.
Send them to the big house, then make sure soros has the address, so he can send them birthday cards for the next 15 years. Send soros there too- he pays them.
6 months, and they haven’t seen the inside of a court (or jail) yet? WTF?
And if they claim there isn’t enough jail space, get Joe Arpaio on board to help set up the appropriate “facilities”.
I hear Gitmo is lovely this time of year
Just shoot them.
Buzzards gotta eat. Same as worms. BIRM
If they were any of the ones wearing pink pussy hats, it’s all very understandable. Perpetual victim mentality mixed with chronic stupidity. Linwood Kaine would very much fit the bill as well.
Hang ’em up by their short and curlies, beat ’em like a cheap pinata.
Last week the first one got 3 years plus time served with 32 months suspended. Felony charges, no more voting or guns.
4 months for throwing bricks at the police and breaking windows.
And he was one that was one of the low hanging fruit, the next bunch have 4 to 12 felony charges. They are all going to serve time, some along time.
Let them whine all the want, the next safe space they get is with Bubba.
Give them ALL felony charges and I’ll start to be happy.
