Rep. Neguse (D-CO) – one of the Democrat impeachment managers – leant on a 21-year-old case made by Turley advocating for the post-presidential impeachment of Donald Trump.

Turley’s work on this matter, they claim, is key. But Turley himself says they got it wrong.

Rep. Neguse cited a 21-year-old piece of work by Turley and tried to pass it off as a few weeks old. Turley – who says his views have now “evolved” – corrected the claim on Twitter and undermining a key component of the Democrat case: more

  1. Democrats never learn about actions causing reactions, the boomerang effect, or the law of unintended consequences. When the Republicans regain the House Pelosi could find herself being frivolously impeached the rest of her life.

  2. The Democrat party and its adherents are just Antifa/BLM/Occupy in suits and with better retirement plans, SS protection, and with cars and drivers instead of busses.

And with Chinese Communist friends on speed dial.

  3. “Every senator already knows how he or she will vote. The rest is just grandstanding.”

That’s true, but I think the point of the show is to make their -the4 Democrats- positions known, accepted, and popular among the majority of the American people.

Which they may be doing, the only two polls I’ve seen sp far reported about it show 56% and 52% of Americans in favor of convicting Trump.

  4. It really doesn’t matter what the law says. This is a Stalin-esque show trial with a predetermined outcome. Trump will be declared guilty and then the DoJ will push for a criminal prosecution. Again, facts and law simply do not matter now.

  5. Cry-baby Dumpocrap Raskin thinks he has a nice little analogy that will convince any and all that Trump was guilty of inciting an insurrection.

The so-called analogy is to a Fire Chief who whips up his men to start a fire, watches it unfold on TV, and does nothing to stop it. FAKE!

All I remember Trump saying is “Be Strong”. I never heard Trump tell people to invade congress, break windows, and threaten congress-critters.

Has anybody heard Trump tell people to do violence? I haven’t.

This is a 21st Century version of the Dreyfus Trial. They are condemning an innocent man. The dumpocraps and the RINOS are unbelievable.
