Milo- – -Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) was welcomed back to Congress on September 28 after recovering from being shot by an angry Bernie Sanders supporter at a ballgame in Alexandria, VA.
But Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) exploited Scalise’s return to argue that firearm sound suppressors (colloquially, if inaccurately, called “silencers” by people who don’t understand firearms) should stay regulated, even though the progressive gunman who opened fire on Congressional baseball players on June 14 didn’t use one.
According to Roll Call, Pelosi claims the GOP has situated suppressor deregulation “under the facade that it’s for hunters.” She doesn’t, like many leftists, actually know what a suppressor is as she claims suppressor deregulation would result in guns that could shoot completely silently, giving shooters the ability to remain undetected.
If Pelosi focused more on researching firearms and less about pushing her narrative she would know suppressors only muffle the ear-damaging shockwave of the weapon, they don’t eliminate the sound of the gunshot. read more

I live in KY. There is a Historic Marker for the Long Run Massacre on the way to Middletown. I bet Nancy Pelosi was screaming about the massacre weapon of choice: arrows. ‘Too silent, arrows kill people, no one should need more than two arrows to with which to hunt, and etc.’
