CFL: Ravneet Singh, a “self-styled” Democrat political guru, has been sentenced to 15 months in prison by a federal judge after helping Mexican millionaire developer Jose Susumo Azano Matsura of Guadalajara, Mexico make hundreds of thousands of dollars in illegal campaign contributions to Bob Filner, the Democrat candidate for mayor of San Diego.
